Disposables must be opened and tested in-store, drive thru or walk up to ensure the device is functioning properly, if it is not functioning properly the same device will be replaced with a new one. NO RETURNS ON DEVICES THAT LEAVE THE STORE DRIVE THRU OR WALK UP.
E-Liquid has a 3 day return policy if the e-liquid is unused and unopened, full refund to the form of payment is offered. Has to be the customer who purchased who is returning the item.
Pod Devices/Mod Devices are all sales final, no returns. You may exchange an unopened device for a different color.
